At CustomDailyDiet, we strive to provide you with the best products and services to meet your personalized nutrition needs. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to initiate a refund or return, please review the following policy:

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 12 Hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are only available product is not delivered within in 48 hours after order.
  • Customized meal plans and digital content are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@customdailydiet.com.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund

If you are approved for any refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-15 days.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@customdailydiet.com.

Before and After Delivery Cancellations

If you place the order by mistake or change mind to cancel the order, please Contact Us for confirmation within 2 hours for any order cancellation.

Purchased but not Delivered: 70% refund.

Purchased and Delivered: 50% refund.
